Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellations made within the 72-hour window will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Rescheduling can be done once within seven days of the original booking. The deposit will be transferable to the new appointment. Deposits will be transferable one time only. Any subsequent rescheduling requires a new deposit.
Late appointments will affect the other clients schedule. Therefore appointments will be canceled after 20 minutes of tardiness/no-show and will be counted as a no show, deposits are nonrefundable.
No calls/ no shows will be charged 100% of the service booked to the card on file.
